One of the guys here at work went to a MS Conference last week which discussed Vista.
He said that MS were quite keen to get businesses to start using Beta versions.
Not to debug (which I initially cynically said their intent was), but to raise Market Awareness.
Get Companies exposed to early beta released versions so they'd be more willing to pay out for a full suite sooner.
Also gives the in-house developers of any companies a heads up of what might be in the pipe (& I suppose ultimately, promotes MS Training courses/materials for the new applications/development tools).

Dunno.

Given how slow this place is in adopting new s/w, I wouldn't be holding any breaths.
But interesting to see Vista starting to filter into the business consciousness (even if it hasn't come along with all the bells & whistles it was supposed to have had).
