The adverts most people found offensive in the UK in the last year? People talking with their mouth full and a girl wearing pants. Outrageous!
I’m actually pleased that the top 5 complaints were not upheld by the ASA. The first one that did was that bloody frog. Although… More people found mannequins with erect nipples more offensive than the frog? These are sad times…
I’m glad the Jamster complaint was upheld those services are a total scam. Automatically subscribing people to some crummy service which spams you with crummy ringtones you could get for free on the web anyway. It should give you the option of subscribing only and require an action on the part of the user to do so, the default action should be to buy a single ringtone and no more.
