- The jury has decided on a surprising combination: William Laure Weller, a 24 -year old, 61% bourbon with Gruyere de Comte. Lovely. #
- A special mention to Green's Cheddar from Somerset, an unpasteurised surprise that went with most whiskies. (I had to ask the spelling) #
- Have left @andrewsands behind and am heading home. Don't pity me, pity the people I'm presenting to at 9am tomorrow. #
